The Dirt Bar is a performing bar, in which will talk about sustainabiliy. This is how we do it.The Staff will be the key figure of this Dirt Bar. The reason why they are very important is because they will be showing performance to the customers. The biggest rule is that they are NOT allowed to talk or mention about sustainibility until the customer asks what they are doing (e.g. when they are pouring the coffee grounds to the table and wiping for cleaning). After being asked THEN the staff may explain what they are doing. Other than the performance, there will be workshops such as dye-ing T-shirt workshops and coffee ground lamp making. The T-shirt workshops, the customers do not have to make, they can also buy the made t-shirt that was dyed with coffee grounds and all they need to pay is the t-shirt fee. The body of the bar itself will be made out of used or wasted pallets from the pallet company, PALM. However, the pallets are going to be modified. The blocks and the second layer of the woods will be removed due to the heavy weight. With one layer of pallet surface would be good enough to create the basic structure of The Dirt Bar.
